DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Usually, a discount is offered when a customer writes a review on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. You can also qualify for a discount if you send in a 'Before and After' picture with your bundles installed. Or a plain jane photo will work too. Want one right now? WHAT TEXTURE IS IT? INDIAN?
All hair we sell is textured Brazilian and Indian hair. Both hair options provide a more manageable and seamless experience for blending for all hair types.
HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
This hair will last at least a year with minimal effort.
CAN I SWIM IN IT?
Yes, in chlorine pools and salt water beaches. Just make sure you rinse with conditioner afterwards - NOT shampoo to prevent tangling.
CORNCHIP SMELL?
Of course, not! Every bundle is personally washed with a super yummy smelling shampoo & extra moisturizing conditioner.
WHAT KIND OF HAIR PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?
Depending on what bundle you purchase, there are specific guidelines you can follow to get the most out of your hair. Each texture was created to be as low maintenance as possible. That means it's not necessary for you to buy every single product Shea Moisture offers. To achieve the bounciest and shiniest hair simply use a super moisturizing conditioner. You will need that more than any shampoo.
HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED FOR A FULL HEAD?
Also, depends on what bundles you get. Just like European textured hair, the longer the lengths, the more bundles you will need. But no need to overdo it - you will DEFINITELY not need 5 bundles for a full head. Lengths 14- 18 inches can pass with 2 bundles and 18 inches and longer will need 3. You might be able to pass with 2 bundles if you get a closure (closures account for 1/2 bundle)

Standard shipping is done by USPS on 2-day Express Priority.

Standard shipping is already done on 2-day Express Priority. If you need it any soon (like overnighted) there will be an additional fee.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Every purchase comes with an order number and tracking receipt.
CAN I RETURN THE HAIR IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Due to hygiene reasons, it is determined on a case by case basis.
